This Rhodanthe is native to WA and extends its distribution through to SA, usually growing on sandy soils, often with limestone.
 
Best in an open sunny position in well drained soil, will often self seed and continues its life cycle naturally.
This is a great garden specimen especially when planted en masse and also can also be used as a cut flower.
