Banksia sceptrum - Sceptre Banksia - 10 seeds

This is a lignotuberous WA native dense shrub or small tree growing 2 - 5m tall with terminal yellow flowers in Spring to Summer with up to 50 follicles on each seedpod. 
 
Best grown in full sun to part shade in well drained sandy soil in Mediterranean type climates with low humidity.
It is great in coastal areas, as a hedge, windbreak, screen, cut flower or feature shrub in the garden.
