2024 is about to come to an end and what a year we've had here at Living Green and Feeling Seedy. Our business structure changed in July so now it's just me Jazz looking after you all and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your patience during this transition period, to say that it has been a tumultuous year personally and professionally would be an understatement.
I've taken on Living Green and Feeling Seedy on my own, trading has remained the same although I have made a a few changes; packing and shipping is only done once weekly so we usually post seeds out on a Monday or Tuesday but are still taking orders 24/7 so don't hesitate if you would like to order any seeds. I appreciate all of your orders and will continue to supply the same high quality premium seeds I always have.
I humbly apologise for any delays getting back to your enquiries or seed orders over the last 6 months that may have not gone out in the usual expected time frame, due to the change of personal and business circumstances many adjustments have been made but we will be getting back to some sense of a 'new normal' in 2025.
So let's talk about the plan going into 2025 for Living Green and Seedy - I'm looking forward to looking into including many more weird and wonderful seedlines that ae not often offered by other businesses, if you have any suggestions, I'm open to hearing from you! I will also be regularly posting blog and social posts showing what is fresh in stock, flowers and any updates or information that may be of interest to you.
Since founding Living Green and Feeling Seedy in 2020 it was always my dream since becoming a horticulturist to be a supplier of a great product I believed in, it has been a labour of love as well as a business, my main focus primarily was to spread my love of nature and showcase the beauty that is often overlooked in this busy world we live in but now is also being able to share the amazing seeds that I am able to source for you, my loyal customers.
I wil be honest with you all, I myself have another job because, well you know, we all have to do what we have to so support our lives and family and don't get me wrong, I love my other job too but Living Green and Feeling Seedy is where my heart is, what I wake up to and come home to every day so I will continue to do my best for you, my fabulous customers and also for my family, my super supportive daughters.
I am also a palliative carer for old and sick dogs with QSAR (Queensland Staffy and Amstaff Rescue), I take in the old, unwanted and sick dogs that can't have any more surgery due to cancer, other reasons and can't be be adopted out due to their health issues. We give them the best end of life possible, spoil and love them as much as we can, I'm so lucky most live much longer than expected and that is a blessing for all of us!
I am a busy woman but I always try to give my all in everything that I do and I promise that will be no exception going into 2025.
So, thank you to all of my valued customers for supporting my small business owned by a (now) single mum of two teenage daughters. I appreciate each and everyone of you and hope that you continue choosing Living Green and Feling Seedy for your seedy requirements!
I will be taking a break over the Christmas and New Year period, last day of trading for this year will be Sunday 22nd December 2024 and I will reopen Sunday 5th January 2025.
Thank you all so much, from Jazz, Samira and Zoe - my (not so little) Living Green and Feeling Seedy helpers and Cheeky our forever foster palliative care old girl from QSAR.
I look forward to the future, a revamped Living Green and Feeling Seedy, new beginnings and adventures!
